CHOCOLATE CHIP & DARK CHOCOLATE SEA SALT COOKIE LOGS
Pull the cookie logs out of the freezer 1 hour before slicing. Pre-heat your oven to 350ºF. Place cookie balls on a pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are slightly brown. Eat warm and enjoy!
SUGAR COOKIE DOUGH
Make sure to have some all-purpose flour on hand, a rolling pin, baking sheet, parchment paper, and cookie cutters or a drinking glass. Thaw the dough overnight in the refrigerator before use.
Preheat your oven to 325ºF. Unwrap your dough onto a floured surface and flour both sides of the dough. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough approximately 1/4 inch thick. Use your favorite cookie cutters or a drinking glass to cut out your cookies. Excess dough can be gathered up and re-rolled. Sprinkle some flour on the dough again so that it doesn't stick to the surface or rolling pin. Place cookies onto a lined sheet pan, leaving a half inch of space between cookies, and bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are light brown.
Decorate when fully cooled.
PIE DOUGH
Classic Crust: You can use your pie crust frozen, right from the freezer- its rolled out in a 9 inch pie pan. Fill the crust with your favorite pie filling and follow your baking instructions on your recipe! Please note, this crust can be used for savory or sweet treats. Have fun and enjoy!
FROZEN SCONE DISC
The scone disc will be frozen when you pick it up. Pull the disc out of the freezer the morning your plan to bake and give it around 30 minutes to thaw at room temperature.
Heat your oven to 375ºF. Cut the scone disc into about 10 to 12 even triangles and space on sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Before baking, sprinkle some sugar on tops of the scones. Bake at 375ºF for about 20 minutes — the scones should be crispy and the center springy to the touch.
CINNAMON ROLLS
The cinnamon rolls will be frozen when you pick them up. So, the day before planning to bake them off, take the cinnamon rolls out of the freezer and put them in the fridge. The cinnamon rolls will partially proof in the fridge during this time. Pull them out of the fridge the morning you plan to bake and let them sit on the counter for at least three hours at room temp.
Before baking, remove the parchment paper from the cinnamon rolls then brush them with milk or heavy cream. Bake the cinnamon rolls, uncovered, in an oven pre-heated to 350ºF until they are golden brown (this will depend on your oven — between 30-45 minutes).
Let your cinnamon rolls cool to "warm" before placing one large scoop of frosting on top of each roll. Spread and eat while warm! If needed, thaw and mix the frosting before adding to the rolls.
FROZEN FULL PIE
Allow your pie to thaw completely overnight on your counter (place in the fridge once thawed). When you are ready to bake, preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and egg wash your pie (1 egg + splash of cream). Sprinkle sugar on top for some added sweetness. Bake your pie for 20 minutes at 375. Once the timer goes off, reduce your heat to 350 degrees F and bake for another 20 minutes. Check your pie and make sure it is golden brown and bubbling with fruit. If the color is not golden or you see no bubbling bake for another 10 minutes or until your pie is golden & bubbling, ensuring the pie is baked through. Cool and enjoy!
