Holiday Homebake Instructions

CHOCOLATE CHIP & DARK CHOCOLATE SEA SALT COOKIE LOGS

Pull the cookie logs out of the freezer 1 hour before slicing. Pre-heat your oven to 350ºF. Using a serrated knife, cuts the cookies into 12 equal slices (about 1 inch thick). Place them on a pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are slightly brown. Eat warm and enjoy!

CINNAMON ROLLS

The cinnamon rolls will be frozen when you pick them up. So, the day before planning to bake them off, take the cinnamon rolls out of the freezer and put them in the fridge. The cinnamon rolls will partially proof in the fridge during this time. Pull them out of the fridge the morning you plan to bake and let them sit on the counter for at least three hours at room temp.

Before baking, remove the parchment paper from the cinnamon rolls then brush them with milk or heavy cream. Bake the cinnamon rolls, uncovered, in an oven pre-heated to 350ºF until they are golden brown (this will depend on your oven — between 30-45 minutes).

Let your cinnamon rolls cool to "warm" before placing one large scoop of frosting on top of each roll. Spread and eat while warm! If needed, thaw and mix the frosting before adding to the rolls.

FROZEN SCONE DISC

The scone disc will be frozen when you pick it up. Pull the disc out of the freezer the morning your plan to bake and give it around 30 minutes to thaw at room temperature.

Heat your oven to 375ºF. Cut the scone disc into about 10 to 12 even triangles and space on sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Before baking, sprinkle some sugar on tops of the scones. Bake at 375ºF for about 20 minutes — the scones should be crispy and the center springy to the touch.
