Thanksgiving Baking for Kids!

Join us for a fun morning of pastry making as we gear up for the Holiday season. In this class your child will learn how to make savory galettes from scratch, our beloved pumpkin tea cake, and jammy thumbprint cookies. We’ll start with the mixing of the galette dough. From there, we’ll construct our galettes with various savory options such as potations, onions, cheese, garlic, etc. While those are baking off, we’ll mix the batter for the pumpkin bread. Our final act will be to slather delicious jam on our cookie dough to transform them into thumbprints. This will be an action packed class!
