Sourdough Next Steps: Baking Whole Wheat Loaves at Home

In this class we take you through the process of baking 100% whole wheat bread at home. We will begin with the care and keeping of sourdough starter, then take you through the steps of mixing, fermenting, and shaping a delicious whole wheat loaf. You will learn about the different types of whole wheat flours we use and choose one of 4 types to make your own loaf. You will go home with a sourdough starter and a loaf ready to be baked off in your oven after class. **This class is meant for the more experienced home bread baker.
