Get ready for back to school, with this fun and informative class on mixing sandwich bread at home. In this class we’ll go through the process of making Companions’ own, Picnic Loaf. We’ll take you through the steps of mixing, fermenting, and shaping a classic sandwich loaf. We will also teach you how to start and train fresh starter. At the end you’ll go home with a batch of starter and loaf pan of bread, which you’ll bake off in your home oven.
