SOURDOUGH BOULES: From the french word for "ball" a sourdough boule is a rustic loaf shape resembling a round ball.
SIMPLE SOURDOUGH: A blend of unbleached organic white flour and organic stone-ground whole wheat flour
3 SEED: Simple Sourdough with poppy, sunflower, sesame and flax seeds
WALNUT: Simple Sourdough with toasted walnuts inside
GOAT HORN: Simple Sourdough with goat cheddar throughout. (BAKED WED, FRI, SAT & SUN)
LOCAL: Simple Sourdough made with local Blanco Grande whole wheat flour
SOURDOUGH BATARDS: Similar in shape to a baguette, but shorter and slightly thicker these loaves have a thick golden crust with a soft inside.
BARLEY & OAT PORRIDGE: Simple Sourdough with barley flour, and oat porridge
HOLY MOLY!: Simple Sourdough with molasses, oats, sesame sunflower and poppy seeds
LIGHT & FLUFFY: Simple Sourdough made with unbleached white flour
LOAF BREADS: Made in a loaf pan this bread is great for slicing up for sandwiches or to pop in the toaster
PICNIC: A mostly unbleached white flour, with a touch of rye and wheat
TRADITIONAL RYE: 100% rye with sprouted rye berries, caraway seeds. Made with our rye sourdough starter.
ANNIE'S RYE: 50% Rye, 25% wheat, 25% spelt, cranberries, walnuts, and seeds. (BAKED T, W, F, SAT & SUN)
CHALLAH: This braided bread includes eggs, sugar salt and yeast as well as poppy, sesame, sunflower seeds or sea salt. (BAKED FRIDAY ONLY)
